Introducing The Encouragement Collective

Encouragement that actually hits different

Hey friend, I’ve been working on something that’s been sitting on my heart for a long time.

After years in ministry and the classroom, I started noticing something: people are tired. Not just physically, but emotionally. They’re showing up every day, juggling work, family, and faith but still wondering if they’re doing it “right.” I realized something big: the kind of encouragement most people get doesn’t really help them move forward.

That’s why I created The Encouragement Collective, to be a place for real people with real lives who are navigating faith, but also have questions, doubts, deadlines, and a slightly overactive brain at 2 a.m.

Why I Started This

For me, faith and emotional growth go hand in hand. Years ago, I discovered positive psychology, not as a replacement for faith, but as a tool that helped me understand what Scripture had been saying all along. I wanted to build a space where those two worlds meet, where grace isn’t just a word, it’s a way to live, heal, and grow.

So, The Encouragement Collective was born. It’s a growing library of devotionals, journals, and digital resources written to meet you right where you are with humor, hope, and a clear path forward.

Every resource is designed for the real world:

  • The working mom who’s juggling her coffee, calendar, and calling.
  • The single woman navigating faith and friendship.
  • The dad trying to lead well and stay grounded.
  • The burned-out professional who still believes there’s more to life than just making it through the week.

The Mission Behind the Brand

The Encouragement Collective exists to help capable women develop emotional intelligence, healthy boundaries, and strategic thinking rooted in Scripture so they can live, laugh, love, and lead from overflow instead of depletion.

About the Founder

I’m Corrie Barnett, a writer, educator, and creative who’s spent years in both ministry and leadership. I’ve worked with kids, teens, and adults from every walk of life, and I’ve learned this: people don’t need perfection, they need connection.

I created The Encouragement Collective because I never found a resource that combined real life, real faith, and real psychology in a way that made sense for today’s world.

So, I decided to build it.

If we ever met for coffee (or let’s be real ….a Target run), I’d want you to walk away feeling understood, grounded, and maybe even laughing a little. That’s what this brand is all about.
